What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects.
• Component failures under normal use.

What it does not cover

• Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs.
• Accessories and consumables.

Claiming warranty

Bring the device, original receipt and box to our shop, or contact warranty@patabay.co.ke to arrange pickup. Most claims are resolved within 7 working days.
