How to Order

Orders at Patabay are handled directly on WhatsApp so we can confirm availability, price, delivery fee and pickup details before you pay.

1. Browse — find the item using search or category menus.
2. Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on the product page or product card.
3. Share your details — name, location, preferred quantity and any questions.
4. Confirm payment option — cash or FlexPay Lipa polepole where available.
5. Complete payment or arrange pickup — FlexPay products are picked up after payment is complete.
6. Track on WhatsApp — send your order number or product details for updates.
