How to Order

Orders at Patabay are handled directly on WhatsApp so we can confirm availability, price, delivery fee and pickup details before you pay.

1. Browse — find the item using search or category menus.
2. Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on the product page or product card.
3. Share your details — name, location, preferred quantity and any questions.
4. Confirm the price — listed price for one unit, or the wholesale price when you buy 2 or more.
5. Complete payment or arrange pickup — products are picked up or dispatched after payment is complete.
6. Track on WhatsApp — send your order number or product details for updates.
