Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• M-PESA refunds reverse to the paying number.
• Card refunds reverse to the original card.
• Bank transfer refunds may take additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
